  • An order is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment and the issuance of an official order confirmation.
  • Customers must ensure billing, shipping, and contact details are complete and accurate at checkout.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not accepted; all orders must be prepaid via the checkout payment gateway.

2. Product Availability

  • All products are subject to stock availability.
  • If an item becomes unavailable after order placement, SPI Power Solutions will contact the customer to provide status updates or recommend equivalent alternatives.
  • Product specifications, designs, and availability are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Pricing & Taxes

  • Displayed prices exclude or include taxes as specified; applicable GST and logistics charges are detailed during checkout.
  • The final payable amount is shown on the checkout summary prior to payment processing.

4. Shipping & Delivery

5. Cancellation, Return & Replacement

  • Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, cancellations and standard returns are not permitted.
  • SPI Power Solutions does not issue cash or digital refunds.
  • Defective or damaged items evaluated under our assessment process qualify for product replacement in accordance with the Replacement Policy.

7. Order Verification

  • SPI Power Solutions reserves the right to authenticate customer identity, payment details, and shipping addresses before dispatch.
  • Orders containing unverifiable, incomplete, or suspect information may be placed on administrative hold or cancelled.

8. Delivery Acceptance

  • Customers must inspect the outer packaging immediately upon delivery.
  • If the parcel shows visible damage, tampering, or broken security seals, refuse the delivery immediately and report the incident to SPI Power Solutions Customer Support with photographic evidence.

9. Customer Responsibilities

  • Supplying accurate shipping addresses and operational contact numbers.
  • Ensuring the site is properly wired (earthing, input voltage stability, phase balance) and suitable for UPS installation.
  • Adhering strictly to user manual instructions regarding electrical loads, battery bank connections, and ventilation.
  • Retaining original purchase invoices and warranty certificates for service validation.

  • SPI Power Solutions reserves the right to amend this Store Policy at any time. Updates take effect immediately upon site publication and govern all subsequent transactions.
