- Cash on Delivery (COD) is not accepted; all orders must be prepaid via the checkout payment gateway.

8. Delivery Acceptance
- Customers must inspect the outer packaging immediately upon delivery.
- If the parcel shows visible damage, tampering, or broken security seals, refuse the delivery immediately and report the incident to SPI Power Solutions Customer Support with photographic evidence.
9. Customer Responsibilities
- Supplying accurate shipping addresses and operational contact numbers.
- Ensuring the site is properly wired (earthing, input voltage stability, phase balance) and suitable for UPS installation.
- Adhering strictly to user manual instructions regarding electrical loads, battery bank connections, and ventilation.
- Retaining original purchase invoices and warranty certificates for service validation.
