Any applicable charges related to dismantling, transportation, shipping, reinstallation, or site-related labour may be payable by the customer unless specifically covered under the warranty.

Replacement & Refund
Warranty replacement does not entitle the customer to claim a cash refund or exchange the product for another brand or a higher/lower/equivalent model.
Any replacement will normally be made with the same or an equivalent product, subject to availability and SPI Power Solutions’ approval.
Consequential Damages
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from product failure or non-performance is not covered under this warranty.
SPI Power Solutions shall not be responsible for losses, business interruption, data loss, or other damages resulting from equipment downtime or non-performance.
Battery Warranty
Batteries are energy-storage components with a finite charging and discharging cycle life. Battery backup capacity naturally reduces over time depending on usage, charging conditions, temperature, and other operating factors.
A battery stores electrical energy; it does not generate electricity. Adequate and suitable input power is required for proper charging.
Therefore, normal reduction in battery backup capacity over the product’s service life shall not be considered a manufacturing defect unless specifically covered by the applicable battery warranty terms.
Safety & Liability
SPI Power Solutions shall not be liable for accidents, injury, property damage, or loss of life arising from improper installation, unauthorized modification, misuse, negligence, or operation of the equipment contrary to the manufacturer’s recommendations.
Customers should ensure that all electrical installation, wiring, earthing, and related work is carried out by qualified and authorized personnel.
Service Documentation
SPI Power Solutions field personnel and service engineers are authorized to sign only official installation reports, service reports, or other documents specifically approved by the company.
No service personnel are authorized to independently modify, extend, or alter the terms of this warranty.
